Now that my first colorway attempts have dried, I have pictures! This lovely emerald, turquoise, and violet colorway is one I intend to keep with a few modifications. I would like to improve the consistency of dye saturation, especially around the edges. I also intend to expand the blended zones for a more continuous color change.
Next, I attempted a pastel to hot pink gradient. The colors do intensify a little bit from top to bottom, but not as much as I had hoped for. Once I improve my results with the pink colorway, I intend to introduce a line of pastel to intense gradient colorways available in most colors.

Next up is a turquoise to hot pink triangle colorway. I’m pretty happy with how this one turned out, though I think I’d like to expand the blended area a bit add more purple to the mix.

This final colorway was conceptualized and hand-dyed by my wonderful roommate! I really love how it came out, and will be using the pattern in a variety of colors – including her pink and purple – with her blessing.

I also dyed a silk scarf to check the intensity of the dyes and get a bit of practice in prior to dyeing my hankies. Here is my lovely roommate modelling the pastel emerald, turquoise, and violet scarf.
